The Masters Fitness Program caters to swimmers of all levels. This low impact workout gets you in shape without any strain on bones and joints, and is an excellent way of building up muscle tone and improving cardiovascular endurance. You decide how competitive you want to be and, how often you want to come for training.

Training Days:
Mon & Wed (7.00pm to 8.00pm)
Sat (8.00am to 9.00am)
(Swimmers are welcome to attend any of the session)
Fees:
$100.00 per month.
($25.00 per session, capped at $100.00 per month)
